Does WANGLY旺你 offer returns or refunds?
· Due to the nature of our products (personal care and fragrance), and in compliance with Malaysian hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been opened or used.
· However, if you receive the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at kjlee@everfreshpremium.com. Our customer support team will respond promptly and ensure a suitable replacement or resolution.

Can I cancel or change my order?
