How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
· Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 3 working days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. After processing, the delivery duration typically takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched. Please allow extra time during peak seasons such as festive holidays or promotion periods.
